Internal-only governance

Account enforcement controls, internal operational rules and role-based access matrices are maintained as confidential governance documents and are not published merely because they govern the platform. This protects security and proprietary system design while preserving legally required transparency.

Applicable law

Investor Setu intends to operate in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 to the extent and from the dates applicable to the relevant processing or service. Mandatory law prevails over any inconsistent platform term.
