What is confidential
Non-public customer information, business information, commercial arrangements, platform documentation, credentials, reports, system design, internal processes, security information and information reasonably understood to be confidential must be protected.
Permitted use
Confidential information may be used only for the authorised purpose for which it was provided. It must not be disclosed to unauthorised persons or used to gain an unrelated advantage.
System and security protection
Users must not attempt to reconstruct confidential platform architecture, hidden identifiers, internal workflows, matching methods or security controls.
Exceptions
These obligations do not apply to information that becomes public without breach, was lawfully known before disclosure, is independently developed without use of confidential information, or must be disclosed by law, subject to lawful notice where permitted.
Survival
Confidentiality obligations continue after account closure to the extent necessary to protect continuing confidential interests.
