Advertisements, listings, property/project information and professional content must be materially accurate and must not knowingly be false, misleading, deceptive or materially incomplete.

Professional responsibility

Where a property, project, service or professional activity requires registration, approval, disclosure or a licence, the responsible professional must comply with those requirements.

Rights in content

Photographs, brochures, plans, logos, documents and other content must be lawfully obtained and used and must not infringe third-party rights.

Corrections and removal

Investor Setu may request supporting information, corrections or status updates and may restrict or remove content that appears unlawful, misleading, unauthorised or inconsistent with applicable platform rules.

AI-assisted content

AI-assisted drafting does not remove the user's responsibility to review factual accuracy, permissions and applicable disclosures before publication.
