Acceptable use

Use Investor Setu lawfully, honestly, safely and only for authorised purposes. Keep account information accurate and protect credentials.

Prohibited activities

• fraud, impersonation, deception or unlawful activity;
• unauthorised access, credential sharing, security testing without permission or attempts to bypass safeguards;
• scraping, harvesting, bulk copying or unauthorised export of protected information;
• reverse engineering or attempts to derive confidential identifiers, matching, scoring, prioritisation or security mechanisms;
• spam, harassment, repeated unwanted contact or misuse of contact information;
• fake or duplicate profiles, listings, leads, enquiries, reviews or records;
• content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
• use of Investor Setu data to build an unauthorised competing database or service.

Enforcement

Investor Setu may restrict, suspend, freeze or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, security, legal compliance or the platform. Actions remain subject to applicable law.
