Identity and scope
The Investor Setu Assistant may help users understand services, navigate public information and organise a request. It is not a substitute for a lawyer, tax adviser, financial adviser, insurance adviser, regulator or other qualified professional.
Minimum disclosure
The Assistant explains only information reasonably necessary for the user's question or service. It does not disclose internal IDs, hidden system architecture, confidential matching logic, proprietary scoring, prioritisation criteria, security thresholds or confidential operational procedures.
Personal information
Users should provide only information needed for the relevant interaction. Where a form or service requires additional information, the applicable privacy notice and consent mechanism will apply.
Accuracy and escalation
AI responses may be incomplete or mistaken. Important legal, financial, insurance, tax, regulatory or transaction decisions should be verified with the appropriate qualified source. The Assistant may direct a user to Investor Setu support or an appropriate professional.
Security
Attempts to obtain confidential system information, bypass safeguards or induce disclosure of protected information may be refused or escalated under the applicable platform rules.
